If your order arrives damaged, or not to your liking, you have 30 days from the purchase date to reach out with photo proof of damage and/or a notice of intent to return in order to qualify for a full refund. Moneyfesting will send a return label, and upon receipt of the returned product, we will issue the purchaser a full refund within seven business days. If a customer reaches out within the 30 days but does not return the product within those 30 days, they forfeit the refund.
